Every portal, every day
We monitor Contracts Finder, Find a Tender and the regional portals daily, and send you only the contracts your firm could actually win — plain English, value, distance, deadline.
The 20-page part, handled
Pick a contract you want. We draft the full response — method statements, quality questions, social value — from a one-time form about your firm. You check it, we polish it, you submit.
Steady, contracted income
Public contracts run for years and pay on time — 30-day terms are the legal standard. One win can anchor your diary for three seasons.

STRAIGHT ANSWERSThe bits you're wondering
Is my firm big enough?
Plenty of contracts are sized for small firms — parish councils, schools, single sites. Many are under £50k and some buyers are required to consider local SMEs. We only send you ones you can realistically win.
What do you need from me?
One form, once: your services, insurance, any accreditations, and a few past jobs you're proud of. That's the raw material for every bid we write for you.
Will you make things up to win?
No. Nothing goes in a bid you haven't confirmed is true, and you sign off every document before it's submitted. Your name is on it — it has to be right.
What if I don't have accreditations?
Lots of smaller contracts don't require them. Where they'd open doors, we'll tell you which one is worth getting for your trade and help with the paperwork.
