BidHawk provides contract-opportunity alerts and bid-writing services to trade businesses. Contact: hello@bidhawk.co.uk.
Information you give us directly: your name and business contact details when you email us, and the business information you submit through our Bid DNA form (services, insurance, accreditations, past work, contact details). We don't use analytics trackers or advertising cookies on this site.
Only to provide the service: sending you contract alerts you've asked for, and drafting bid documents on your instruction. Your Bid DNA information appears only in bids you review and approve.
We never sell your information, share it with third parties for marketing, or use it for anything beyond providing BidHawk's services to you.
Email is held with our email provider (Zoho); form submissions with our website host (Netlify). Both are access-controlled.
Ask us any time what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it — email hello@bidhawk.co.uk and it will be actioned within 30 days. If you've received an email from us you didn't want, reply with "no thanks" and you won't hear from us again.
